Antivirus 2008 Explanation

Antivirus 2008 or also known as the name Antivirus2008, is a rogue anti-spyware program similar to the well known XP Antivirus rogue application. Antivirus 2008 may run system scans that display a plethora of fake results. Many of the parasites listed on the Antivirus 2008 scans may be legitimate parasites but they are not on your machine. Antivirus 2008 pulls these results out of thin air in an attempt to scare you into purchasing the Antivirus 2008 program.

Antivirus 2008 was cleverly designed to look like any well-put-together anti-spyware or antispyware program by resembling the Windows theme colors. Many rogue programs will copy the look of familiar programs so it does not raise any red flags for the program being a fake. Do not worry, we will raise the red flag for you when it comes to Antivirus 2008. Antivirus 2008 is a fake and an out-right scam. Antivirus 2008 should not be downloaded or installed. If you find that you have the Antivirus 2008 program on your system then you must take action immediately.
