Awola Removal Process (remove Awola 6.0)
March 20, 2008 – 8:54 amAwola Explanation
Awola or Awola 6.0 is a dangerous rogue anti-spyware program that prompts users with alerts of being infected by Trojans. The Trojans that Awola displays are usually actual well-known infections but you may not have that infection on your computer. Awola uses this ploy to trick computer users into believing they need to purchase a full version of Awola or Awola 6.0 to remove the infection.
Awola may be installed through a Trojan or from the www.awola.com website. The web page www.awola.com promotes the Awola program making a bogus claim that it is “the ultimate in anti-spyware protection”. This is an outright false claim. Awola should not be downloaded or purchased because it is clearly not the ultimate in anti-spyware protect. It is more of a waste of time and money. If you have Awola or Awola 6.0 installed you should remove it immediately.
