1. Right-click the taskbar, and then click Task Manager .
2. In Task Manager , click the Processes tab to see a list of running processes.
3. Select the process that you want to stop.
4. Right-click on the intended process, then select "End task".

It happens so often that we need to boot the computer in safe mode for troubleshooting purpose.

Malware, or Spyware, is an abbreviation of "malicious software", which is written to gain control or to damage Internet user's PC's, without apparent consent and permission. It is also interchangeable with the terms "spyware" or "adware" by many people.
