PCTotalDefender Explanation

PCTotalDefender is a fake anti-spyware application that displays misleading popups or system alert messages to get you to purchase the full PCTotalDefender program. PCTotalDefender, once installed, performs system scans that come back with fake results that usually say that your computer is infected with parasites. Do not trust this, it is totally bogus.

PCTotalDefender or PC Total Defender, was discovered to be associated with other rogue anti-spyware programs such as AntiSpywareMaster. If it looks like a scam and behaves like a scam then it is PCTotalDefender. Do not ever trust, download or purchase PCTotalDefender no matter what the conditions are.
