If you have issues deleting any of the previously listed files that are associated with Puresafetyhere.com, you can try rebooting your computer into safe mode. since none of the spysweepers can detect this, it makes me wonder if it was manufactured specifically by the webmaster?
You may also need to delete a folder NetProject in Program Files, coz there are few new adds to this Tojan !

Thank you this was the only thing to get riod of the dreaded flashing icon ..none of the manual ways worked. I didn’t get the clean reg option after option 2 and had to just switch off at the wall but it still worked

YES ITS FINALLY GONE! After I deleted VirusHeat the icon was still flashing and it was really bugging me. All you have to do is follow the instructions and wait.

THANK YOU!!! I stupidly bought a anti-virus off line for 20.00 that didnt do squat and this worked and got rid of that stupid annoying icon in the systemtray in the lower right corner. This failed me. I tried the software, it couldn’t access the files it needed in order to get the software.
A waste of time. I spent 3 hours on this to find out it killed some of my temporary files… and killed my safe mode. Do not do this.
just tried to download smitfraud… mcafee says it has stuff on it that’s not part of ‘it.’ So what the hell? None of you know how to really get rid of anything do you?
Why can’t McAfee and Spybot FIND THIS F’in thing. I’ve never had trouble like this, and above mentioned software doesn’t seem to know Virus Heat/ this shit exists.

I am trying this process tonight. This is the worst thing that has ever happened to my computer (puresafetyhere.com) stay away from it. I got the virus from clicking on those toolbars that pop-up sometimes that say “Install the latest version of ActiveX to continue.” I’ll let you know how this works.
