I have encountered a similar issue on my teenage son’s PC (GRRrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!)

I’m currently running “A Squared” by Emsi Soft in Windows Safe Mode and it found 10 instances in the USER32.dll file within seconds, although I’m letting it continue and run a full scan just to be sure……
