		<description>on xp, open winweb program when it pops up in the system scan option, 
 2) press cont,alt,del. and click appl. tab, r- click on entry for winweb security. click go to process on pop up, write down the #, mine was 2138598142.exe, then click end process
 3) now click start- then run, type &quot;msconfig&quot; then click start up tab under start up item, look for the same # that you wrote down from step 2, look at the command column, it will tell you the location of win web, mine was in c:/documents and settings, make note of it.
 3)now go to start- then my computer and remove the file it was in, mine was in a people pc anti virus file. it is easier then i thought</description>
